The product will contain a small amount of THC, often having little to no psychoactive effects. The CBD that requires a medical card to purchase is produced by a licensed company in Maryland. Once your doctor has activated your Patient ID number you will be able to come to our shop to make a purchase. You will provide your physician with your Patient ID number so they can activate your registration.Next, you must get a doctor's recommendation. Once you are registered you will be sent a Patient ID Number.The address on your ID must match your home address, or be prepared to provide proof of address.(New patient cards do not have the photo on the cards, but the photo will still be linked to your OneStop profile) You must pay a $50 fee for a medical card.Make sure the picture of you is taken with a white background behind you, they will reject you if it is not a blank white background!
You will be required to provide information such as your name, birthday, address, the last 4 digits of your social security number, pictures of the front and back of your valid government issued photo ID (driver's license), and a passport style picture of yourself.
